Account Registration & Security

Registration Requirements

Account Security Obligations

- You must notify sbj88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

- Any activity carried out on your account — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — will be deemed authorised by you unless you have notified sbj88 of unauthorised access in accordance with the procedure above.
Deposits & Withdrawals Updated 2026
sbj88 processes all player deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The platform supports a comprehensive range of local payment methods to ensure fast, convenient, and cost-effective transactions for players across Bangladesh.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit for fully KYC-verified accounts.
- Deposits are credited to your account in real time for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1–2 business hours for bank transfers.
- All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
- sbj88 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside sbj88's control.
- Deposits made in error — for example, to the wrong account or using the wrong reference — must be reported within 24 hours. sbj88 will make reasonable efforts to trace and resolve such errors but cannot guarantee recovery after 24 hours.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal amount for standard accounts is ৳50,000 per transaction. Higher limits may be available for VIP-tier accounts.
- Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours for fully KYC-verified accounts using mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless the player has completed a change-of-payment-method verification process through support.
- sbj88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns.
- Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the cash balance — excluding uncleared bonus funds — is available for withdrawal at any time.
Bonus & Promotions Policy

In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms below and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.

This means that the bonus amount — and in some cases the deposit amount plus the bonus amount — must be wagered that number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. - Eligibility: Unless stated otherwise, promotions are open to registered players who have completed KYC verification, are in good standing (no active account restrictions), and are accessing the offer from an eligible jurisdiction. Betting & Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity on the sbj88 platform is governed by the rules set out in this section in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published within the relevant game or betting market interface.
Sports Betting Rules
- All bets are accepted subject to availability of the relevant market. sbj88 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
- Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is generated, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. The exception is the Cash Out feature where available — see the in-platform Cash Out rules for details.
- In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the published sport-specific rules for the relevant event type. Typically, if fewer than 90% of a match has been completed, bets will be voided and stakes returned.

- BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and other cricket competitions are subject to the cricket-specific rules available within the cricket betting section of the platform.
Casino & Games Rules
- All casino game outcomes on sbj88 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by the respective game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). sbj88 does not modify or influence game outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct
The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the sbj88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.
Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an sbj88 account. Any deposit traced to a fraudulent source will result in immediate account closure and reporting to law enforcement authorities.
Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated software to place bets or interact with casino games on the platform. All gameplay must be conducted manually by the registered account holder in person.

Using the sbj88 platform for any purpose associated with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity. sbj88 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity.
Allowing any other person to access, use, or manage your sbj88 account, whether voluntarily or involuntarily. Each account is strictly personal to the registered holder. Account sharing invalidates any winnings generated during shared sessions.
Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or payment system to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through identified platform errors are not considered valid and will be voided upon discovery.
Account Suspension & Closure
sbj88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following outlines the circumstances under which such actions may be taken, the process involved, and the rights of the player in each scenario.
Operator-Initiated Closure
- sbj88 may close an account immediately and without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, prohibited conduct, false registration information, multiple accounts, underage gambling, or any other material breach of these Terms.
- In cases of operator-initiated closure due to a breach, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature of the breach. Funds originating from fraudulent deposits will be returned to the defrauded party where legally required.
- Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — for example, due to a business decision to withdraw services from a particular jurisdiction — sbj88 will provide at least 30 days' notice and will return any cash balance in full to the player's verified payment method.
- sbj88 may also temporarily suspend an account pending investigation. During suspension, the player cannot log in, deposit, place bets, or make withdrawals. sbj88 aims to complete investigations and communicate outcomes within 10 business days.
Player-Initiated Closure
- You may request the closure of your sbj88 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. The email must be sent from the email address registered to your account and must include your full name and account username.
- Upon receipt of a valid closure request, sbj88 will process the account closure within 5 business days. Any remaining cash balance will be returned to your most recently verified payment method, minus any applicable withdrawal fees.
- If you are requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including if you feel gambling is becoming a problem — sbj88 will treat this as a priority request and process it within 24 hours. Self-exclusion of a minimum 6-month duration will be applied immediately upon request without requiring a waiting period.
- Players who have applied for self-exclusion cannot reopen their account until the exclusion period has expired and a formal reactivation request has been reviewed and approved by the compliance team. Reactivation is not automatic.
